The Socata TBM 900 is a turboprop aircraft of the French manufacturer Socata. The machine was designed from the Socata TBM 700 and the TBM 850. The model is considered the fastest, single-engine six-seater turboprop aircraft in the world. The current model is the Socata TBM 930, which has numerous improvements to its predecessor models. The machine has a retractable landing gear, a pressurized cabin and a weather radar. In 2010, the development began and the Socata TBM 900 was created. This benefits from a further development of avionics, which among other things consists of a Garmin G1000. It also has a higher range, as well as better aerodynamics.
