The Cessna 150 and the Cessna 152 are light aircraft of the US manufacturer Cessna. The machine has sloped shoulder guards and is generally used for training purposes. She had her maiden flight on September 12, 1957. In the same year she was approved by the FAA. In the period from 1957 to 1985, 31,533 pieces of the Cessna 150 and Cessna 152 were built. The aircraft was developed as a successor to the Cessna 140. It is one of the most built and popular models in aircraft history. From the Cessna 150 a total of 23,949 copies were produced. Of these, 1,079 were the model Aerobat. The Cessna 152 produced 7,584 pieces, of which 75 percent are still in use. The successor of these models is the Cessna 162. Militarily, this model is also used. Countries include: United States, Burundi, Haiti, Somalia, Mexico or Paraguay.
